Is there a setup fee?

No. The full foundation (deliverability, template, forms, 5 core flows, segmentation) is built inside the retainer, over about 6 weeks on Growth or about 3 months on Basic.

How fast will we see results?

Flows earn from the moment they go live: an abandoned checkout flow starts recovering orders on day one, and automations drive about 41% of email revenue (Klaviyo data). Across the industry, stores typically see measurable email revenue growth within the first 30-60 days. Campaigns, testing and segmentation compound on top of that, so a from-scratch program reaches full speed around month 3. That is why we recommend planning for 3 months, but there is no lock-in, and your client keeps their Klaviyo account and everything in it either way.

Which tier should I pick for a client?

Your choice is free: there are no ad-spend or store-size requirements. The tiers differ only in monthly volume and speed of setup. Upgrading later is optional, and downgrades are never forced.

What if my client already has flows running?

They skip the foundation phase and get full campaign cadence from month 1 on either tier.

Who pays for Klaviyo and SMS credits?

The ESP subscription and SMS credits are billed directly to the client and are not included in the retainer.

Whose brand does the work run under?

Can I get a one-time setup without ongoing management?

We don't offer setup-only as a package. If needed, it is quoted ad hoc at $70/hr.
