Campaigns, testing and segmentation compound on top of that, so a from-scratch program reaches full speed around month 3. That is why we recommend planning for 3 months, but there is no lock-in, and your client keeps their Klaviyo account and everything in it either way.
Your choice is free: there are no ad-spend or store-size requirements. The tiers differ only in monthly volume and speed of setup. Upgrading later is optional, and downgrades are never forced.
